LOI是什么意思

对外贸易中，经常会遇到LOI字样的英文。LOI一般指购买意向书(Letter of Intent) ，是买方给的一个书面意向，买方最终是否一定“买”并未确定，并不能视作最终的购货合同。卖方一味以此为贸易条件，并不合理。
